We're Merchant Drive Coin Laundry, and we've been a premier laundromat in Knoxville, TN, since 2000. Owner did respond and return money that was lost in the machines. Everyone told me he gives people a hard time when they tell him the machine took the money but did not come on. That is just not true. There is a sign on the door that shows you how to reach the owner step by step and if you give him the information he needs he will get your refund to you
